Beer Crock Pot BBQ Chicken

I found this recently on Pinterest but of course added my own twist.


  • 1 TBS onion powder
  • 1 TBS garlic powder
  • touch of ginger
  • half a bottle of beer
  • five boneless chicken breast
  • 1 TBS sea salt
  • 1/2 TBS mesquite seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1 TBS Worchester sauce

Throw all in a Crockpot and cook slow for 5 hours.

Drain chicken, chop and place in a frying pan (to help reduce the water) with your choice of BBQ sauce and stir.

Ready to eat
